Prior to moving to Ireland, she held senior HR roles in Japan including at Hitachi Credit in the financial services sector and at Mamezou Holdings Co Ltd , a Tokyo based system consulting and software development services. She is an Economics graduate of Gakushuin University in Tokyo with HR qualifications from CIPD, The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Yui has served as Chairperson of the Japanese School in Ireland and is an active supporter of cultural and education activities for the Japanese community in Ireland. She performs traditional group dancing from Japan, enjoys travel, literature, Asian linguistics and cooking both European and Asian cuisines.
